Some of the most common questions we get!
While we're flexible, we DO NOT offer day passes (primarily for security reasons). Our minimum single use is 3 days/week at a day rate of $25+gst / day. This is also pending availability of space within the office, as desks are offered to long term clients as a preference. We would love to hear from you all the same!
Booking a tour is easy! Simply click on one of the many buttons around the website, select your desired time, and a invite will be sent to our office manager! If you can't find a time that suits, please email us and we'll try to arrange a suitable day and time.
Our facilities include high-speed internet (1GB/s up/down), free booking of boardroom, a kitchen, toilets and communal areas. Coworkers also enjoy access to printing services, nespresso machine and tea/coffee/milk in the kitchen.
We include one desk/workstation per person. We do have basic chairs available, but you're welcome to bring your own. We also have external monitors available on occasion, along with HDMI cords etc if you're in need. Just ask!
The standard office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. You're welcome to start earlier or later given you notify our office manager.
We have a 24/7 monitored security system in place, including CCTV and alarm. On your first day, we will give you a tutorial in opening and closing the office.
Yes, we have regular weekly cleaners. They take the bins out, mop the floors and help keep the place spick and span.
Absolutely! We encourage potential members to schedule a tour and book in a trial day. This allows you to experience our space firsthand and ask any questions you may have.
